Here is a little more information about the technology we use when printing directly onto textile / tshirts.  
The latest technology in textile printing is digital. Endless possibilities at an affordable cost. And because it’s digital, there’s no setup costs. Just load and print – simple as that!

• We use a Brother GT541 printer – one of the best in the business. This machine prints digitally direct to
  t-shirt or textile.
• The machine can print over zips and buttons
• It works best on textile with a cotton base.
• Truest colour matches are achieved on white or pastel-coloured materials.
• There is no minimum print order! Economical for big and small runs.
• Printing is colour-fast and iron proof – no transfers.
• High resolution, photo quality CMYK print!

The printer uses special water-based inks. The inks contain a fusing agent which, once heat pressed, makes the print adhere to the fabric fibres for colour-fast results. The outcome is a high quality, vibrant, colour print that is very durable and is soft to the touch.
